About me :
My life purpose is to inspire people to realise that their own inner happiness can be achieved. I love this work. I am a wife and mother of three. I was born into a large family so I know how to handle different temperaments. I love the outdoors, going out to dinner and the theatre. My other passion, besides life coaching, is painting. I am also very spiritual, although not religious.
The reason I decided to become a life coach is I knew I had this burning desire/passion to help others achieve their goals. Working as a life coach is a powerful way to introduce change and move forward, at the same time enabling you to enjoy life.
I build a solid base with each of my clients. Each session is completely confidential, no judgement. I offer a personal development programme that is tailored to your specific needs. Also, we look at different areas of your life : money, business/career, spiritual, emotional, partner, family and social life, health and personal development. We find out where you are right now in respect of these different areas. Then we choose three areas to get some clarity in relation to how you would really like them to look. Next, we will see what is preventing you from getting the results you want right now.
I know life coaching works as it has helped me with self-esteem and confidence issues.

Sarah practises traditional Usui Reiki. A Japanese technique, it is a light contact treatment that promotes healing and relaxation in the body, engaging in a deeply relaxing process. Individuals will experience a feeling of peace, clarity and overall improved wellbeing. Reiki sessions are non-invasive where the client remains fully clothed, lying in a warm, relaxing room on a massage or padded table.
A visit can last between 60 – 90 minutes depending on the needs of the client. Multiple visits may be required to treat long term conditions, although one or two visits can help significantly with stress reduction.
A complementary therapy for which there is evidence dating back thousands of years to the ancient cultures of Egypt, China and India. Colour is simply light of varying wavelengths. Thus, each colour has its own particular wavelength energy. Sarah uses coloured silks treatment alongside colour meditations, breathing and solarised water.
Silk has a very high vibration enabling Sarah to get colour directly into the body.
Colour meditations help in deep relaxation. They also help the body to release tension and stress. Benefits include improved sleep pattern, reduced blood pressure and increased balance of harmony in the body, achieved by removing energy blocks and adjusting the flow of energy.
Solarised water treatment involves the drinking or sipping of natural water that has absorbed filtered light.
Light Therapy is another means of treating S.A.D. as well as certain other conditions by exposure to artificial light. Using a light therapy box, Sarah may be able to help depression and sleep disorders.
Painting therapy can be beneficial in a wide range of cases such as depression and anxiety.
ANIMAL ASSISTED THERAPY
Horses are the most popularly used animal for therapy. Equestrian therapy makes use of horses to help promote emotional growth. As horses behave similarly to humans in their social and responsive behaviour it is easy for a person to establish a connection with a horse.
